a town house 8x10m at the marienplatz in darmstadt. on six foors should be space for two families and a shop at the groundfoor.

an open plan with lot of vertical connections creates a pleasant atmosphere. the front and back facade and a lightning inner patio are fully glazed to bring enough light into the building. infront of the glass facade are a sort of flowerpots to landscape and design the urban house.

at the groundfoor is a vegetable shop. the plants are coming from the raised beds at the rooftop, where also an open kitchen is located.
